Sturdy and comfortable
This appears to be basically a knock-off of a more expensive brand, but works fine for household yoga. The extra insert to turn it into a bench is junk, however: The thumbscrews to attach it are very awkward since the holes don’t line up well.

Stool works but cushion poorly constructed. It won’t last our work outs.

This goes together easily. (One suggestion is to not tighten all the screws fully until you have the shoulder cushion attached. This will allow the cushion screws to line up more easily.) it is super stable to use, and hasn’t slipped at all. I was even able to do a side plank on the frame (carefully) without it tipping. I will note that you should always have a yoga mat under this if you are on a hardwood or tile floor. But if you read any of the more expensive yoga trainer directions this is also their recommendation. The shoulder cushion is comfortable on the shoulders, and the seat cushion insert is a nice feature to make the trainer multipurpose. I have been using this for several weeks now and can say that it performs nicely. I have gained so much core strength in a really short time span using this. Really a great trainer for a very reasonable price.

Awesome! came just as described. Only issue was with the small wooden tabs, just be gentle pushing those in. I ended up skipping that part and going straights to the screws. The wooden tabs are more of a placeholder anyway. Easy assembly!

I bought this because I wanted to practice headstand, it is very sturdy and it really helped me, there are also some core routines in you tube that can be done using it.It was very easy to assemble, and it is easy to clean and carry since it is light weighted yet sturdy.

The product itself is as pictured. However, the purple is not even close to being the same as the picture. It’s more of a mauve color in real life. I don’t hate it, just not the same color.For the legs being a different length, like many have mentioned, just use some sense in this scenario. Tighten things in sequence and adjust as you tighten. I feel like most people are tightening and never adjusting and then they’re complaining about user error. Mine was “shorter” on one side like a lot of others but I losened the screws, adjusted, and then it was fine. No need to add the extra padding on the bottom unless you just can not get it leveled.The full chair addon is really nice. Feels like you’re sinking a bit but when you put your legs to the front, it stabilizes.All and all, I like it so far. Seems to be sturdy and comfortable. Just have to build my strength and tolerance for inversions again.

First time using this and I love it made my back n thighs feel good the relief of pain was instant afterwards I recommend everyone doing this stress of the day just melts away value for my money for sure!! Very strudy n safe
