The material is soft, but has no support. May as well just sit on the floor. It’s nothing like pictured, there is no 3 inch loft.

I use this meditation mat in combination with my meditation bench, and it has greatly enhanced my practice. The mat is incredibly comfortable, thanks to its soft fabric, and it appears to be very durable as well. I highly recommend it for use with any meditation bench, as it is the perfect size and thickness. Overall, this is a fantastic product that has significantly improved my meditation experience.

I bought a combo. Before buying this, I had done my research. I also ordered a different well-known brands but I was not satisfied. I am doing a meditation everyday and I am having a lower back pain. I ordered this combo with no expectation because I had failed so many times with previous purchases (not this brand tho). I have been using this a few days now, I have not had any problem. Very good quality and it has met my expectation because I do not have a lower back pain anymore. I can sit one hour everyday without any discomfort. You can also use it if you are working from home with a low table setting. Very comfortable. 2 in 1. You get what you paid for. I highly recommended.

The first thing I noticed when I took this item out of the box was how soft the material it was. And that made it very soft to sit on while meditating. It has helped with my posture, and has allowed me to sit on the floor more comfortably while meditating. I meditate on a carpeted floor, so I had no issue. But I think that based on the soft material of the mat, if you meditate on hardwood, you might find it slides a bit.This is also a great way to relax comfortably in a few of my favorite yoga poses, rather than on a mat and the harder floor. I have a few favorites that are really relaxing poses that start to get a little uncomfortable after some time. But using the meditation mat helps to support my back and rest comfortably even longer in the pose.My suggestion is to fluff the meditation mat regularly before meditating – just like any pillow it needs to be fluffed every so often.I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
