Made of 5cm thick high density foam and durable tear-resistant PU leather cover, this gym mat is the perfect accessory for gymnastics and cheerleading routines, fitness training, martial arts and more.

Gym mats protect you from hard floors and can prevent injury by absorbing the impacts of landings and falls. They are padded with high density polyurethane foam which is a flexible semi-rigid material that provides superior shock absorption and quickly regains form.
