SIZING: DO NOT USE PANT SIZE. See The Sizing Chart For Proper Sizing and Measure Around The Navel (Belly Button). A Small Gap Between The Two Sides Will Not Affect Performance As Long As The Strap Can Be Comfortably Placed On The Velcro. If The Belt Binds On Itself Before You Can Get It Tight Enough, It Will Effect Its Performance And You Need A Smaller Size.

With our Revolutionary Full Metal Self-Locking Technology, this lifting belt will never fail you, even when you’re deep in the hole of your toughest lifts. Velcro only belts are not reliable and can cause injury as the velcro wears down. With the new Full Metal self-locking buckle supporting all the pressure, you never have to worry.
