The PRISP Multifunction Adjustable Squat Stand can be used as a squat rack, weight lifting station, barbell rack, pull-up station and weight plate storage. The stand can also be combined with a weight bench (not included) to perform bench presses.

A squat stand is the perfect addition for anyone looking to build a home gym in a limited space or on a tight budget. It is a simpler and less bulky version of a power cage, but its versatility should not be underestimated.

All dimensions and weights provided are calculated without weight plates or weight bars. Please take this into consideration when planning the installation of this product.
