Crafted from professional-grade, non-toxic PVC free of BPA and heavy metals, this 2000-micrometer thick, anti-burst, and non-slip ball can resist up to 2200 lbs, making it perfect for Pilates, yoga, core training, pregnancy exercises, and even as an office chair to improve posture and relieve back pain.
If the yoga ball appears smaller than expected upon arrival, it is recommended to inflate it to 80% at first and allow 1-2 days for the material to expand before inflating it to its full size. Since the ball is made of PVC, it requires some time to fully stretch and reach its proper dimensions, ensuring an optimal experience and accurate sizing.
How to inflate?
Step1: Leave the ball at room temperature for a few hours.
Step2: Inflate to 80% of the desired size during the initial inflation.
Step3: Allow it to sit for 1-2 days to let the PVC fully stretch.
Step4: Reinflate to the full size and plug immediately.
