AWA Strap is made of strong and soft rock climbing grade nylon material.

We offer two different sizes:

1-inch strap: Professional and competition standard size1.5-inch strap: Ideal for bigger hands and also training arm wrestling exercises (pronation, rising, supination).

Ideal Length (45 inches long)

We experimented with different lengths:

If the strap is too long, it can be hard to apply inside the buckle as the strap might twist when tightened up.If the strap is too short, it might be difficult to tighten tightly.

Ultimately, we found 45 inches to be the best length.
