1. In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the nutritional yeast, cranberries, scallion, and parsley.
2. Divide into 10 equal portions and roll into balls. Roll the balls in the chopped walnuts. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
